2. Informational Nature of Website
The content provided on this website is for general informational purposes concerning our landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, and hardscape capabilities in the Treasure Valley of Idaho. We strive for accuracy, but descriptions of services and portfolio images represent past projects or standard scopes and do not constitute a binding unilateral contract.
3. Estimates, Proposals & Work Authorization
Online form submissions, verbal discussions, and automated confirmations do not constitute a final binding contract or guarantee of fixed pricing. All estimates are subject to:
- On-site property evaluation, measuring, and grade/soil verification.
- Verification of utility markings, sprinkler line locations, and access points.
- A mutually agreed written proposal or service agreement detailing scope, pricing, and scheduling.
4. Service Availability & Scheduling
Service dates and timetables are estimated in good faith. Actual project timing and recurring maintenance rounds may be subject to weather conditions (rain, extreme heat, frost, snow), seasonal transitions, equipment maintenance, and supplier material availability.
5. SMS Messaging Terms of Service
When you voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from Upcity Landscape LLC:
- Program Description: Upcity Landscape LLC sends operational text messages regarding customer inquiries, estimate reviews, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and project coordination. If you separately opt in to promotional messaging, you may also receive seasonal service reminders and offers.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your project status, service frequency, and inquiries.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan. Upcity Landscape LLC does not charge a separate fee for sending text messages.
- Opt-Out Mechanism: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP in response to any message. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent Not Required: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property service, goods, or receiving an estimate.

All trademarks, logos, brand names (including the UPCITY LANDSCAPE logo), text, layout, and visual elements on this website are the property of Upcity Landscape LLC or used under proper license. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish content without prior written permission.
